PB&J Smoothie Bowl

Good day folks!   Forget the gluten-infested bread!!!  Here's the ever-so-scrumptious classic PB & Jam in a bowl that packs an antioxidant punch!!!

We try and keep to our healthy brunches here in our home especially when we are both extremely swamped with work.  Often times we forget to feed ourselves something that will sustain us for the hours we put into our work.  

So, for those of you looking for a healthy smoothie bowl that delivers the sustenance equal to it's deliciousness, well this one is for you!

Serving size 2


1c frozen mixed berries

1c plain grass fed yogurt (or coconut yogurt)

2 bananas

2 tbsp raw local honey

2 tbsp unrefined and unheated coconut oil

1/2 vanilla caviar (optional)

-(almond or hemp milk to turn in blender if needed)

2 tbsp raw almond butter

3 tbsp chunky peanut butter

2 tbsp hemp hearts

2 handfuls of fresh blueberries

2 fresh strawberries

6 fresh blackberries

1/2c oats

Blend together frozen berries, yogurt, banana, honey, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla.  Set a small cup of mixture aside.

Pour into his and hers bowls.

Top with oats, banana slices, hemp hearts, blueberries, sliced strawberries, blackberries, a dollop of peanut butter and drizzle the small cup of mixture you set aside on top!

Mmmmmmm!!!  Why eat bread if you don't have to?!!  The good stuff is usually on the inside anyhow!

Now get back to work!
